Effinger In More Trouble

Additional charges have been filed against 20-year-old, Dominique Effinger, who was driving a boat that crashed on Lake Gage, back on July 22. The Steuben County Prosecutor’s Office has filed more charges against Effinger. She is now facing seven of them, four of which are felonies. Her first court appearance is set for Aug. 14 in Steuben Superior Court.
