Thomas Kochert wins the popular vote in the Republican primary for Williams County Sheriff Tuesday evening…with 43%…Timothy Livengood gets 33%…and Shaun Fulk, 23. With no Democratic Party challenger on the ballot, Kochert is the prohibitive favorite in the Nov. 5 general election. He tells reporters fiscal responsibility at the office is his first priority. Livengood wanted to thank the people who supported him.
