Ernest Oliver Jordan, 76 years, of Hicksville, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2020, at SKLD-Bryan Center, Bryan, Ohio. Ernie was born October 5, 1943 in Morenci, Michigan, the son of the late Wilbur and Marie (Basteen) Jordan. Ernie worked as a maintenance man at Hillsdale Travel Center, Hillsdale, Michigan.
Ernie is survived by his two children, Steven (Ethel) Jordan of Reading, Michigan and Norlene Cole of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Ruth Williams.

Visitation for Ernest Oliver Jordan will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon in the Oberlin Turnbull Funeral Home, Hicksville Chapel, 706 N. Main Street, Hicksville. Funeral services for Ernest will begin at 12:00 noon Wednesday in the funeral home with Pastor Sam Wickard officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Home Cemetery, Hicksville.
