Ethel L. King, age 98, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Saturday February 17, 2018 at Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice near Defiance. She had worked at 50 Division and Hayes-Albion and was a member of First Brethren Church in Bryan.
Ethel was born on June 27, 1919 in Bryan, the daughter of Thomas and Lola Belle (Monday) Luke.
She is survived by her son, Larry (Sally) King, of Mentor, Ohio; grandchildren, Matthew King , of Wickliff, Ohio and Amy King, of Hartville, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Dale, Dean, Seldon, Donald, Kenneth “Bud” and Gerald Luke and her sisters, Marjorie Baker, Mildred Smith, Lucille Gurwell, and Helen Taylor.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Brown Cemetery. Krill Funeral Home, 860 W. Mulberry Street, Bryan, OH has been entrusted with her services.
