A Defiance man dies in a single-vehicle crash just west of the city Tuesday morning. The Ohio State Highway Patrol dispatched officers to the scene of the accident on State Route 18 at 10:30am, near Flickinger Road. They found 56-year-old, Douglas Justinger’s car. They say Justinger drove off the roadway, hitting a ditch and a fence before his truck overturned. Medical personnel took Justinger to a hospital in Defiance, where he was pronounced dead. The crash is still under investigation.
