Fatal Fire NE Allen County

Three people are dead and one is injured after a fire breaks out at a family home on Wheelock Road in northeast Allen County. The house is a total loss. Officials say Amber and Larry Shaw and their 12-year-old son, Elijah are the three that died. A 17-year-old daughter survived by jumping out the second story window. The fire remains under investigation. More details are expected to come from the coroner’s office later.
