Bryan City Council this week unanimously passed an ordinance to send a ballot issue to voters in May 2026 concerning the Bryan Board of Public Affairs. Voters in May will decide if they want to change the city charter and dissolve the elected BPA, moving Bryan Municipal Utilities under the control of the mayor and council.
