Feral cat problem needs money to fix

It’s bud­get time for many orga­ni­za­tions, and the Fort Defi­ance Humane Soci­ety is ask­ing county com­mis­sion­ers to pro­vide another $10k for 2016 to deal with a feral cat problem.

Com­mis­sion­ers say they’ll con­sider the request.
