Flags to be lowered for Napoleon Patrolman.

In honor of the life and service of Napoleon Patrolman Tyler Murrey, who died recently, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine ordered the flags of the United States and the state of Ohio to be lowered Tuesday upon all public buildings and grounds throughout Henry County, the Ohio Statehouse, the Vern Riffe Center and the Rhodes State Office Tower. This will remain in effect remain until sunset on Friday, day of Murrey’s funeral.
