Fonda C. Hook, 64

Fonda is survived by her two sons, Heath (Jacquelyn) Hook and Nathan (Elizabeth Kugler) Hook, both of Butler, Indiana; eight grandchildren, Eleanor Hook, Theodore Hook, Olivia Hook, Charlotte Hook, Thatcher Hook, Isla Kugler, Nora Kugler, and Layla Kugler; her father, Ray; and four siblings, Kathy Fritts of Bluffton, Indiana, Kirk (Susie) Moore of Coldwater, Michigan, Anthony (Margaret) Moore of Kokomo, Indiana, and Althea “Tina” (Will) Robb of Fort Wayne, Indiana.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn.

Visitation for Fonda C. Hook will be held Monday, October 16, 2023, from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. at Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 706 North Main Street, Hicksville, Ohio.  Funeral services for Fonda will immediately follow in the funeral home beginning at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Jon Hunter officiating.  Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Newville, Indiana.
