Four people killed in accident Monday on Ohio Turnpike.

Four people were killed and one person was injured in a two-vehicle crash Monday morning on the Ohio Turnpike in Sandusky County. The crash occurred around 4:40 a.m. at milepost 82 in the westbound lanes. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Rolando Torres Lebron, 27, of Buffalo, New York, was traveling westbound in a 2020 International tractor-trailer when he struck a Ford F-450. OSHP said the commercial vehicle continued off the left side of the roadway, struck the median concrete barrier and reentered the roadway before traveling off the right side of the roadway, striking a traffic sign pole. Troopers said the Ford F-450 also traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck the median concrete barrier before coming to a stop on the right shoulder.
