A man is hurt after he crashes his car trying to avoid a deer. Mark Firestine, 62 of Fremont, Indiana, was driving south on County Road 61 when he spotted the animal on the road. Firestine told officers he swerved to miss it and hit a pole. He was ejected out the rear window and survives. He was taken to the hospital with back, neck, and head injuries.
