Fulton County Commissioners recent meetings.

Fulton County commissioners approved two annex petitions for the Village of Delta and settled on a CDBG application on behalf of three communities during recent meetings. Commissioners approved two annexation petitions for 106.243 acres in York Township into the Village of Delta. The properties are located on County Road 7-2, south of County Road H. The owner of the properties that were proposed for annexation is Delta Acres, LLC, with Fulton County Economic Development Corporation Executive Director Matt Gilroy listed as the agent for the petitioner in each case.
