Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine will appear at a ceremony Friday at the Williams County Fair to help the Williams 200 Committee close out the celebration of the 200th anniversary of the county. DeWine will appear at the pavilion near the sheriff’s building on the fairgrounds at 3 p.m. Also part of the ceremony will be Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur, Sen. Rob McColley, State Rep. Jim Hoops and Williams County commissioners Lew Hilkert, Terry Rummel and Bart Westfall. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held at the Gillette Building.
