Grain Thief Sentenced

An Arch­bold man was in Ful­ton County Court on Mon­day, where he was sen­tenced for his part in a theft. 32 year old Tyler Gray will spend 2 years under com­mu­nity con­trol after plead­ing guilty. Gray was found guilty of steal­ing and then and reselling grain from April of 2013 thru April of 2014. Gray was also ordered to pay resti­tu­tion of $128,000.
