Help for college students applying for Financial Aid

Par­ents of prospec­tive col­lege stu­dents can learn about Finan­cial Aid at a work­shop next Wednes­day, Jan­u­ary 6th. The Defi­ance County Coun­selors Asso­ci­a­tion hosts the annual pro­gram to help par­ents and stu­dents under­stand how to apply for finan­cial aid through FAFSA… the Free Appli­ca­tion for Fed­eral Stu­dent Aid, which helps fam­i­lies with grants and loans for col­lege. The work­shop will be held in Dana Hall on the Defi­ance Col­lege cam­pus. It begins at 7 p.m.
