Henry County Man Charged With Rape

A Henry County man has been arrested a felony charge of rape. 31 year old Dal­ton Simon was taken into cus­tody by Henry County Sheriff’s Deputies at his home in Mal­inta, and taken to the Cor­rec­tions Cen­ter of North­west Ohio, where he sits, accused of rape. Inves­ti­ga­tors say the rapes occurred over the course of sev­eral months. The most recent inci­den they say, hap­pened in May with what they are refer­ring to as a juve­nile vic­tim. The entire thing is still an active inves­ti­ga­tion, and accord­ing to pros­e­cu­tors, addi­tional charges could be pend­ing against Simon.
