A Napoleon man, arraigned in Henry County Court on five counts of gross sex­ual impo­si­tion, has been released on a per­sonal recog­ni­zance bond. 67 year old Larry Byr­ley of Napoleon entered a plea of not guilty to the third degree felony charges.

He’ll be back in court at a later date.

In other court action in Henry County, 31 year old Justin Gainor of Napoleon pled guilty to Attempted Domes­tic Vio­lence. Gainor was placed on com­mu­nity con­trol for three years.

20 year old Josiah Wal­lace of Arch­bold pled guilty to Break­ing and Enter­ing, and was ordered to serve 60 days at CCNO. Wal­lace was also placed on com­mu­nity con­trol for three years.

And finally, 24 year old Christo­pher Chris­tensen of Defi­ance will go to trial in front of a jury in July on a charge of Felo­nious Assault.
