Hudson sex offender surrenders after warrant issued

A Hudson man wanted for failing to register as a sex offender in Steuben County has turned himself in. Levi Tink walked into the Steuben County jail after the Sheriff’s Department and U.S. Marshal’s Office were searching for him.
