Imogene Buehrer, age 89, of Pettisville passed away early Tuesday November 10, 2015 in her home. She had been a life long area homemaker.
Mrs. Buehrer was born on May 30, 1926 in Fulton County to the late Robert and the late Dora (Klaughstein) Leininger. On June 3, 1944 she married John J. Buehrer and he preceded her in death in 2004. She had been a member of the Tedrow United Methodist Church and she also loved to sew.
Surviving are two daughters; Sandra Marley of Sylvania, Ohio and Susan Lawson of Houston Texas, Also surviving are grandchildren; Andrea Marley, Cynthia Marley, David Marley, Tracy Foster; Bradley Lawson, Dawn Lawson-Martin and great-grandchildren; Thomas and Blake Foster and Dean and Ryan Lawson. Preceding her in death besides her husband and parents Velma Metcalf, Myrtle Armstrong, Sadie Pennington, Christine Kline, Marjorie Sullivan, Edith Ricker and sons-in-law; Thomas Marley and Robert Lawson.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday November 14, 2015 at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wauseon with Pastor Don Krieger officiating. Interment will follow in the Tedrow Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday from 10:00am until service time. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Tedrow United Methodist Church.
