Jackie Perry elected to fill the position of Edgerton Village Council president

Jackie Perry was elected to fill the position of Edgerton Village Council president for the coming year. The Bryan Times reports Perry, Troy Siebenaler and Greg Jennings were all nominated for the position and after two votes, Perry came out as the winner. The council also approved payment of current bills, though Siebenaler questioned the $400 cleaning bill for the town hall and the park. Village Administrator Dawn Fitzcharles said there were two parties at Miller Park in December and the town hall has been cleaned five times, with the cleaners working 20-25 hours a week.
