Janice K. Oliphant, age 84, of Montpelier, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. She had worked as an inspector at Fulton Tubing and retired with 32 years of service. Janice was a member of Restoration Fellowship Church. She enjoyed reading, especially her morning reading in her Bible.
Janice was born on July 14, 1938, in Hillsdale, Michigan, the daughter of Guy and Mildred (Osborn) Richardson. She married Don F. Oliphant on July 16, 1956 in Mountain Grove, Missouri, and he survives.
Janice is also survived by her children, Kathy (Scott Collins) Mock, of Bryan, Karen (Winston) Nichols, of Edon, Mark (Deb) Oliphant, of Melbern, David (Denise) Oliphant, of Montpelier, Kimberly Nichols, of Edgerton ane Don (Michelle) Oliphant II, of Bryan; 22 grandchildren, many great and great-great grandchildren and brother, Cleo Richardson, of Merry Lake, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents; a great granddaughter; son-in-law, Warren Nichols and sisters, Marie Betty and Jo and brothers, Ronnie and George.
Visitation for Janice will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 from 1:00-300 P.M. at Restoration Fellowship Church, 10643 County Road A, Bryan, followed by a memorial service at 3:00 P.M. with Pastor David Oliphant officiating. Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan has been entrusted with her arrangements.
