Jeanette L. Winebar, age 71, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 4:15 A.M. on Sunday, January 4, 2015, at Evergreen Manor in Montpelier, Ohio, where she was a resident, after an extended illness. Jeanette was a graduate of Bryan High School and was self-employed as a seamstress for many years, specializing in professional embroidery. She loved and cherished her five Jack Russell terriors, which she called the “Five Jacks.”
Jeanette L. Winebar was born on May 25, 1943, in Bryan, Ohio, the daughter of Stanley Richard and Kathryn Neil (Balzer) Stokes. She married Robert Winebar on April 4, 2002, in Bryan, Ohio, and he preceded her in death on March 13, 2013.
Survivors include two sons, David (Melody) Yocum, of Denver, Indiana, and DeWayne (Denise) Yocum, of Macy, Indiana; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Tom (Jan) Stokes, of Montpelier; and one sister, Vickie (Bill) Garrett, of Celina, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Services and interment will be private.
