Surviving is his wife, Linda of Bryan; three children, Beth (Adam) Roberts of Oregon, Ohio, David (Dawn) Goeltzenleuchter of Edgerton, Ohio, and Jan (Brian) Gower of Findlay, Ohio; ten grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Louis (Nancy) Goeltzenleuchter of Palm Harbor, Florida; two sisters, Susan Miller of Jonesville, Michigan and Mariel Perkins of Bryan, Ohio . He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Daniel; two brothers, Larry, and David Goeltzenleuchter.
Private graveside funeral services will be held in Shiffler Cemetery, Bryan with Pastor Kevin Doseck officiating. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the care of Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, Bryan.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
