John L. “Jack” Blair, Jr., age 69, of rural Edon, Ohio, died at 9:50 P.M. on Thursday, December 12, 2013, at Genesis Healthcare in Bryan after an extended illness. John worked for many years in Florida driving tour buses, driving for a towing service, as a dispatcher and had been a bull rider in Nevada.
John L. “Jack” Blair, Jr. was born on January 19, 1944, in Hillsdale, Michigan, the son of John L and Marie E.(Strauss) Blair, Sr. He married Diana E. Clem on December 29, 2001 in Montpelier, Ohio and she survives.
Also surviving in addition to his wife are his stepson, Scott Newton, of Laverne, Tennessee and his father, John L. Blair, Sr, of Lawton, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Densmore.
In accordance with John’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services at this time. His arrangements are under the care and direction of Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan.
