Jose is survived by his mother, Dolores Carrillo-Hernandez of Puebla, Mexico; one brother, Gilberto Cabanzo-Carrillo; two sisters, Sarai Cabanzo-Carrillo and Damaris Cabanzo-Carrillo; and his maternal grandparents, Celso Carrillo-Valiente and Catalina Hernandez-Gonzalez. He was preceded in death by his father; and his paternal grandparents.
Per the family’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or services held at this time. Arrangements are under the care of Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home & Crematory, 706 North Main Street, Hicksville, Ohio 43526.
