Juanita M. Mocherman, 58

Juanita M. Mocherman, 58, of Hamilton, IN, passed away Friday, October 11, 2024, in her home. The daughter of Juan O. Gonzales and Maudie M. (Hatfield) Armstrong, Juanita was born on June 2, 1966. Juanita married the love of her life, Terry Mocherman, on February 2, 1997, and he survives.

Juanita was a spirited soul who embraced life with passion and a zest for joy. Her infectious love for adventure was evident in her many trips to the casino, where she found excitement and fun. Karaoke nights brought out her bold, lively personality as she sang her heart out, while dancing always gave her a chance to move with the same energy that she brought to every moment of her life. Juanita’s love for the Cincinnati Bengals was fierce, and she cheered for them with the same dedication she gave to all the things she adored. Dining out, spending time with family, and being surrounded by those she loved were some of her greatest joys.

The holidays, especially Christmas, held a special place in Juanita’s heart. More than anything, she cherished the moments spent with her family. She was spunky and direct, never afraid to speak her mind, but it was this honesty and boldness that made her so endearing to those around her. Juanita’s love for jewelry was just one reflection of her sparkling personality, and her rides on the golf cart were always filled with laughter and fun.

Above all, Juanita will be remembered for her love of life, her family, and her vibrant, social personality. She filled every room with her presence and left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her memory will continue to in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Surviving is her husband, Terry; stepmother, Bonnie Gonzales; stepson, Logan (Stephanie) Mocherman; grandchild, Knox Mocherman and one on the way; brothers, Juan (Heather) Gonzales, Josh Gonzales, Stan (Janice) Rice, and Scott Rice; sister, Rejina (John) Phipps; multiple nieces and nephews; many cousins; and her fur babies; Tuffy, Hooch, and Oscar.
