Julie A. Raisor, age 53, of Butler, Indiana, died at 11:10 A.M. on Saturday, March 3, 2018, in her home with her family at her side. Julie was a 1982 graduate of Switzerland County, Indiana, High School and had been employed by Therma-Tru in Butler. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Julie A. Raisor was born on May 15, 1964, in Madison, Indiana, the daughter of William Frank and Helen M. (Henry) Gulley.
She is survived by two daughters, Stacy Arick and Courtney Raisor, both of Butler; six grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Christen Raisor, of Woodburn, Indiana; three brothers, William “Bill” Gulley, Kenny Gulley and Allen Gulley, all of Vevay, Indiana; and five sisters, Janet (Jim) Smith, of Patriot, Indiana, Rita (Tom) Turner, of Rising Sun, Indiana, Pam (Bennie) Jones, in Kentucky, Gina (Dwight) Hammond, of Warsaw, Kentucky, and Sandy Gulley, of Vevay, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Ryan Raisor.
Service arrangements are pending with Markland Funeral Home, 327 North High Street, Rising Sun, Indiana.
