Kathleen B. Robarge, age 92, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 4:15 P.M. on Saturday, October 19, 2013, at Hillside Country Living near Bryan, Ohio, where she had been a resident. Mrs. Robarge was a farmer’s wife, gardener and homemaker, living her entire adult life in Bryan, Ohio. She was an active member of the Williams County Historical Society and Trinity Lutheran Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher for many years.
Kathleen B. Stotz was born on December 25, 1920, in Hicksville, Ohio, the eldest child of George and Bertha (Fuchs) Stotz. She graduated from Edgerton High School and in Bryan, Ohio, on December 13, 1941 married Irvin W. Robarge, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one son, Dennis Robarge.
Mrs. Robarge is survived by one son, Bill (Patricia) Robarge, of Greentown, Indiana; daughter-in-law, Kathy Robarge, of Goshen, Indiana; four grandchildren, Jason (Tami) Robarge, of Southport, Indiana, Amanda (Jason) Antolovich, of Cincinnati, Ohio, Andrew (Nichole) Robarge, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Mark Robarge, of West Lafayette, Indiana; two great-grandchildren, Sophia and Nicholas Robarge, and two sisters, Maralyn (Frank) Cape, of Edgerton, and Janice (Sam) Oyer, of Archbold. She was preceded in death by five sisters, Ruth Cooley, Eleanor Jesse, Phyllis Tonkel, Jean Bowman and Deanna Stotz, and three brothers, Kenneth, Richard and George Stotz.
Funeral services for Kathleen Robarge will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2013, at 11:00 A.M. in the Trinity Lutheran Church in Bryan, Ohio, with Pastor Mary Beth Smith-Gunn officiating. Interment will follow in Fountain Grove Cemetery in Bryan. Visitation will be held in Trinity Lutheran Church from 9:00-11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 23, 2013, prior to the funeral.
Services are under the care of Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio.
Memorials in the name of Kathleen B. Robarge may be given to the Williams County Historical Society or to Trinity Lutheran Church.
