A man from Kendallville, Indiana has been arrested for stabbing an employee at the Sturgis Wal-Mart last week. The suspect is 48-year-old Randy Decker, who was arraigned on charges of attempted murder, armed robbery and two counts of resisting and obstructing an officer. According to Sturgis Police, the victim was the store’s asset protection officer who was stabbed in the neck after Decker allegedly shoplifted from the store. He fled and witnesses were able to arrest him after a short foot chase. His bond was set at $1 million dollars.
