(Gloor) Phillips.  As a child, KP was active with 4-H, showing a calf and sheep at the county fair, where he won champion pen with three of his lambs.  He was a 1975 graduate of Hicksville High School.  After graduating from high school, KP joined his older siblings working at Dietrich Industries, where he was employed until their closing, with over 36 years of dedicated service.  He then worked at Evans Trucking, which later became AP Dispatch for over 18 years.  KP was a proud member of the Sons of the Hicksville American Legion Post 223 for the past 42 years, and the Hicksville Eagles Aerie #2556 for the past 46 years, where he spent more time than anywhere else.  He was an avid outdoorsman, taking many fishing trips to Canada and elk hunting trips out west.  In more recent years, KP enjoyed gambling and rooting for his Ohio State Buckeyes.  KP brought immeasurable joy to the lives of those around him and will be dearly missed.

Surviving are four siblings, Gerald Phillips of Hicksville, Jackie (Denver) Zeedyk of Hicksville, Doug (Verna) Phillips of Leo, Indiana, and Brenda Reinhart of Hicksville; and many nieces and nephews.  KP was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Robert R.
