A Bryan woman shoots her dog, leaves it to suffer overnight, and then shoots it to death the next day. That’s what Williams County prosecutors say. Shirley Lanum was seen doing all this by someone…they called the cops. Lanum now faces a fifth-degree felony charge, concerning companion animals. If convicted, she faces up to 12 months in prison. She has a court date, soon.
