Layla Swiger, 2 months

Infant Layla Haven Rose Swiger, 2 months, of Bryan, passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 17, 2013 in the emergency room of Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers, Bryan.  Layla was born August 21, 2013 in Bryan, the daughter of Joseph M. and April E. (Fullwood) Swiger, Sr.

Surviving in addition to her parents are three brothers, Cage, Julian and Joseph Swiger Jr.; one sister, Makaden Hupp of Canton, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Stephen Fullwood of Ellijay, Georgia, Melissa Hite of Clarksburg, West Virginia; paternal grandmother, Kandie Hess of Bryan; great-grandparents, James and Betty Fullwood of Ellijay, Georgia, Pam and Michael Watson of Ellijay, Georgia, Gary Russell Connolly of West Milford, West Virginia and Pearl Real of Bridgeport, West Virginia.  She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Elaine Faith Ginier.

Visitation for Layla will be held Thursday, November 21, 2013 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 206 North Lynn Street, Bryan where funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening.
