Local contractor pleads guilty on charges for not completing work.

A contractor accused of taking money from customers but not completing promised work has entered a plea agreement in Henry County Common Pleas Court. 26 year old Joseph R. Schlosser, of Defiance, doing business as Building With Faith Construction, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. The plea agreement includes that the prosecution will recommend community control and restitution. As part of the plea agreement, three counts of theft would be dismissed at sentencing. The court accepted the plea, and a pre-sentence investigation was ordered. Sentencing will be held Aug. 6th.
