Lora L. Harper, age 68 of Montpelier, Ohio, died at 3:30 A.M. on Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice, near Defiance, Ohio, after a brief illness. Mrs. Harper had been employed at Allied Moulded as a press operator for eleven years prior to her retirement. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing and hunting.
Lora L. Harper was born on October 20, 1949, in Louisville, Kentucky, the daughter of James H. and Nora M. (Hazelwood) Miller.
Survivors include three sons, Roger (Megan) Harper, of Napoleon, Ohio, Mark (Penny) Harper, of Grelton, Ohio, and Michael Harper, of Montpelier; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three brothers, Wayne Miller, of Montpelier, Johnnie (Covie) Miller, in Kentucky, and Bedford (Pam) Miller, of Napoleon; and two sisters, Selena (Willis) Carroll, of Morrison, Illinois, and Patricia (Bill) Fredericks, in Kentucky.
In keeping with Lora’s wishes there will be no visitation or services.
