A Napoleon man faces criminal charges…accused of causing a multi-vehicle crash that killed two people…injuring two others on I-75, north of Cygnet Road in Henry Township. Officials say…Nicholas Luderman was indicted by a Wood County grand jury on two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and four counts of aggravated vehicular assault. He is also charged with tampering with evidence and three counts of failure to stop after a collision involving injury, all felonies.
