MAN HITS DEER WITH BIKE

A McClure man sus­tained seri­ous injuries early Sat­ur­day morn­ing when his motor­cy­cle col­lided with a deer near in Henry County.

57 year old Leonel Sifuentes of McClure was taken by air ambu­lance to the Uni­ver­sity of Toledo Med­ical Cen­ter for treat­ment.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sifuentes was west­bound on County Road P when a deer ran into the road­way. The motor­cy­cle then over­turned into a ditch, throw­ing Sifuentes from the bike.

Dam­age to the motor­cy­cle was reported to be heavy.
