Bryan Police report the arrest on Thursday of 47 year old Charles Eck, Jr of East High Street in Bryan.
Police apprehended Eck and placed him under arrest on three bench warrants out of Bryan Municipal Court, all for failing to file city income tax.
When Eck could not post bond, he was taken to CCNO, where he is being held on those warrants.
