Michigan Man Indicted On List Of Charges By Williams County Grand Jury

A Williams County grand jury met Wednes­day and returned indict­ments against nine peo­ple, includ­ing a Michi­gan man who is now fac­ing charges of aggra­vated vehic­u­lar assault, and OVI endan­ger­ing chil­dren. 37 year old Fiden­cio Monroy-Villeda is alleged to have caused seri­ous phys­i­cal harm to a woman when he crashed a pickup while intox­i­cated. The vic­tim, a pas­sen­ger in the vehi­cle, suf­fered seri­ous injuries includ­ing bro­ken bones.

The child endan­ger­ing charge stems from a child who was also in the vehi­cle at the time of the crash. Accord­ing to the indict­ment, Monroy-Villeda had a .097 blood-alcohol level.
