Mid Toll And WC Finish Agreement

Williams County Commissioners approve an update to a 1996 sewer plant agreement between the county and Mid-Toll, Inc. In the revised agreement, the county sanitary engineer takes over operations of a sewage plant near SR 49 and the Ohio Turnpike.
