Miller City man charged with traffic death of Holgate teenager in 2023 sentenced to prison Monday.

A Miller City man charged with the traffic death of a Holgate teenager in 2023 was sentenced to prison Monday during a hearing in Henry County Common Pleas Court. 42 year old Robby Maynard was given a term ranging from eight to 12 years by Judge Amy Rosebrook on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, a third-degree felony; aggravated vehicular assault, a third-degree felony; vehicular assault, a fourth-degree felony; and OVI, a first-degree misdemeanor.
