A Montpelier man has been indicted on 10 criminal counts of child sexual abuse.
30 year old Randy Kirkendall is charged with committing the crimes against a 6 year old girl between last July and up until earlier this month.
Among the charges against him, investigators say Kirkendall photographed the girl while she was nude.
He also faces charges of kidnapping, which carries a possible sentence of life behind bars.
Kirkendall is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges in Williams County Court next Wednesday, June 25th.
