Montpelier Village Manager announces retirement

News from Mont­pe­lier yes­ter­day. The Coun­cil for the vil­lage met in exec­u­tive ses­sion and announced the res­ig­na­tion and retire­ment of Vil­lage Man­ager, Pam Lucas. Her retire­ment is effec­tive July 24.
