In Napoleon, the investigation into the death of a man is continuing, and now, a Napoleon man has been charged in connection with the case. 18 year old Justin Double has been charged with reckless homicide, a third-degree felony, and was being held on a $100,000 bond at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, in connection with the death of 19 year old Jonathan Smart. Double is scheduled to appea at 9:15 tomorrow morning for an initial preliminary hearing. Meanwhile, circumstances surrounding the death of Smart are still unfolding, and the investigation is ongoing.
