Murder Case Still Moving Forward In Napoleon

In Napoleon, the inves­ti­ga­tion into the death of a man is con­tin­u­ing, and now, a Napoleon man has been charged in con­nec­tion with the case. 18 year old Justin Dou­ble has been charged with reck­less homi­cide, a third-degree felony, and was being held on a $100,000 bond at the Cor­rec­tions Cen­ter of North­west Ohio, in con­nec­tion with the death of 19 year old Jonathan Smart. Dou­ble is sched­uled to appea at 9:15 tomor­row morn­ing for an ini­tial pre­lim­i­nary hear­ing. Mean­while, cir­cum­stances sur­round­ing the death of Smart are still unfold­ing, and the inves­ti­ga­tion is ongo­ing.
