Maumee Valley Planning Organization is presiding over its latest rounds of funding for a long-standing program to improve housing for low to moderate-income persons. The Community Housing Impact and Preservation (CHIP) program, which MVPO administers – along with many other grants – across five counties (Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding and Williams counties) benefits low- to moderate-income persons, particularly homeowners, by providing funds for repairs and rehabilitation.
