Napoleon Man Charged With Homicide

Police in Napoleon are inves­ti­gat­ing a pos­si­ble homi­cide. 19 year old Jonathan Smart of Napoleon is dead. 18 year old Justin Dou­ble has now been arrested for his alleged involve­ment in that death. Smart was taken to the Henry County Hos­pi­tal last Thurs­day with seri­ous injuries, then trans­ferred to Toledo Hos­pi­tal, and then to Cleve­land Hos­pi­tal. An inves­ti­ga­tion into just what hap­pened was kicked off at that time. Smart’s death on Sun­day lead to the arrest yes­ter­day of Dou­ble, who is now being held behind bars in the Cor­rec­tions Cen­ter of North­west Ohio, where he sits, charged felony with reck­less homi­cide. Dou­ble is expected to be arraigned today in Napoleon Munic­i­pal Court.
