The cost of incarceration for Williams, Fulton, Henry, Defiance and Lucas counties will be going down next year. The five member counties, supporting the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio will pay a per diem of $69.97 for each inmate in 2022…that’s a 1.8% decrease from the $71.85 this year
