Newsflash: Santa Claus is coming to Defiance

We received a notice that Santa Claus is com­ing to Defi­ance this Fri­day. His first stop will be at the library at 5 p.m. where he and the misses will be for sto­ry­time with all the good girls and boys. Res­i­dents can grab a free trol­ley ride to see the city’s hol­i­day lights begin­ning at 5:30 p.m. Pick up is at First & Clin­ton streets, near Santa’s house. Of course there’s a lot more to do, so be sure to get there early.
