No Charges In Stabbing

Stueben County prosecutors say no criminal charges will be filed relating to the July 19 incident on East Church Street in Hamilton. Evidence shows the male who sustained a serious cut to his neck was a perpetrator of an attack. As a resident of the property attempted to defend himself, there was a struggle over a knife that led to the non-intentional cutting of the male’s neck.
