Ryan Nofziger of Wauseon, is accused of failing to comply with a police officer…endangering children…DUI…and one count of aggravated possession of drugs. Prosecutors tell the court in Fulton County all this stems from a June 1st incident. This, when he was pulled over while driving erratically. Nofziger faces the court again, soon.
